Looking for interior designer for a budget hotel near Times Square. About Us: We are a small budget hotel near Times Square. Right now our primary attractions are affordability, location and service. In 2018, our goals are to improve our guests’ comfort in terms of both aesthetic and practical perspectives - and this is where we need your help! About the Project: Design two model rooms to be practical and better and smarter use of space with a common theme. Budget: $2,500.00 Design Fee $10,000.00 labor & material per room 3 drafts for approval 3 site visits during the renovation Fixtures inventory list (type, model, where to buy if broken) Payment 20% deposit 30% after the final approval of a draft design (up to 3 approvals) 30% after 3 visits 20% after completion of the construction (2 weeks after construction is finished)

Hi, would the cost of furniture be factored into the $10,000? If it would be I'll suggest IKEA. I'll happily do all the above save site visit. As you can see my location is well away from yours.
