I am looking for an expert in both Opencart 3.x and Journal3 theme. I need a unique website design created only via the template's options and possibilities. You should come up with the design - it can be quite minimal and towards the beauty niche and you should configure the theme as per this design. I would give you up to 3 websites for reference of what I would expect and what look we should aim for. Both desktop and mobile (some settings will have to be tweaked only towards the mobile as you know) versions should be set up. You should have Journal3 experience! You should show me already finished projects with Journal3 as a portfolio.
