We (Tindola GbR, Berlin Germany) are a new german sports company looking for a designer. As a small online company we are selling products in different sports categories. What the logo should look like: - sporty - dynamic - performance What the logo should stand for: - personal growth - reaching your own potential - active life style What we need: - The logo should stand out and has to be recognizable and should speak to a target group age 20 to 50. - The logo should speak to a target group interested in high quality sports produtcs. - The logo should have the brand name "Tindola MAX" on it. There is no restriction on upper or lower case characters. It just has to fit the logo in general and shouldn't look out of place. - The logo should be available in different (if possible) on transparent and white / black backgrounds - The logo should be available in different high quality formats like .png, .eps, .pdf, .svg. - The logo shouldn't have more than three colors. The logo should look nice in black and white. So we definitely would also need a black and white version and a white and black version. So three different versions. - The logo shouldn't have cartoon characters. - The logo shouldn't be aggressive both in color and in looks. - The logo shouldn't be polarising. Legal: - This offer will be fullfilled once we and the designer come to an agreement. - The designer declares that he / she is the creator of said logo. - The designer declares that he / she didn't infringe someone elses rights when creating the logo. - After approval and payment the designer declares that he / she transfers all rights (including but not limited to copyrights) to us (Tindola GbR, Berlin Germany). After the full payment which both parties agreed to the designer has no claim to the logo or parts of the logo anymore.
