Shipping charge doesn't show up on cart page but when I go to checkout and back to cart page the shipping charge is there I need default shipping charge to be showed all the time ! Please Check the screenshot

I have read your project description and i understood what you want. Magento by default does not provide such functionality but we can use custom module to set default shipping at cart page.
