I have an Ecommerce site with increasing sales and traffic, I have had problems with Godaddy bandwidth and site errors, poor customer service etc. I have a 1MB landing page that is on the first page of Google for my terms so this is an important project and SEO knowledge is essential. My speed has gone from 1-2seconds to 7-15seconds and this is beyond unacceptable. I am using Wordpress, WooCommerce and a very Popular Ecommerce theme called Retailer. I only have about 10 plugins and a very small database. The site is only 70 pages total. This website is my primary source of income so please do not bid if you are not an expert in this area.
Deliverables:
-migrate site from godaddy to InMotion hosting, I will pay hosting and any fees
-setup/migrate existing godaddy SSL certificate or buy/install new SSL cert
-Speed optimize site 1-2seconds is the goal, Optimize PageSpeed score, Optimize for good score on GtMetrix and Pingdom
-fix https redirect error, ******.com version shows error while www.****.com and http and https versions work fine
I attached 3 files,
1 shows how my site speed has dropped and the resulting slip in crawl and rankings.
2 shows the errors the intermitten PHP errors I am getting at the top of the page, google is seeing these too because I see them in the thumbnail on Pagespeed Insights.
3 shows the error I get when going to ******.com, which seems to be a problem with the redirect godaddy has in my htaccess file
