Mobile App graphic Design only

Hi, Looking out for graphic Mobile App UI designers to work with over a long term. Current requirement is to design the UI for : 1) Android / iPhone We are a development firm and would love to work with graphic designers over a long term. Would require the interested people to inbox me with : 1) Their best pieces of work preferrably on mobile devices. 2) Would be great if you could PMB me with apps similar to a magazine app on mobile devices such as iPad , iPhone and Android. I reiterate we would love to work over a long term and our budget is a maximum of $50 for the inital piece of work, so please keep this in mind. Good communication over skype , mail is a must. The app needs to include the following screens or designs: main concepts for android app - view your property - - details of the property ----property value - view your tenant in the property -- main details - name contact number additional contact numbers spouse details ---additional details work etc. - view property financials - view property report main functions for the app list a property credit check a tenant - and its income etc. - list services - plumber - handyman - emergency locksmith - mover Please type "Gotcha" in your message so that I know you have read this entire message.
