Rebuild existing website with existing database and provided design.

Previously we opened a project to finish work on our website, it turns out it is easier to create a new website from scratch than have a freelancer dabble in others code... so... We need a freelancer to design our database driven website. , we can provide an exact working replica of the database backed we want as we we have a working example of the database structure., and we also have all the designs requirements done by the designer. We just need a freelancer to set everything up/. Overview our database was created with filemaker (similar to Microsoft access), it is a very simple database that lists our {suppliers}... and for each supplier a table with [products]. There are some smaller relationships such as {product categories], [employees] and [supplier ratings] and search functions use the basic database structure. This database is fully functional. We hired a company to put the products online, no payment system!!! just display pictures, and if a user wanted to order a product it would generate an email. We still need the back-end to enter suppliers and products, for us and our suppliers. We need a quote for: - Create webpage with about 5 pages (non including contact-us, privacy policy, signin default pages) Design is provided - One data entry backend for our employees to enter all information - One data entry for suppliers to enter their relevant products - Fully functioning database, either use original (images attached, or create new) our requirements are simple. the database needs to work better or at least "as well as" the example provided.
