Need to re-create a text image with words "vital signs" in the format of the ATTACHED sample image with the left and right tapered line segments added. We're integrating the image/s into a presentation and need transparent backgrounds in a white version and a black version, and each in a bold and non-bold font versions. 4 images in total, high res jpeg or png fomat, would like final image size to be 600+ pixels wide. We also need to know the font you use, as we may use it elsewhere in our materials. Notice the "no dot" over the "i", and the full lower case "a", etc....trying to exactly match the sample.
