HIRING NOTICE We are sellers of graphic design print-on-demand (POD) products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, etc.) on various websites. ILLUSTRATOR/DESIGNER We are looking for an experienced Illustrator/Designer who can take our rough concepts (currently over 200) and create finished POD designs. ORIGINAL ARTWORK We require original artwork. We cannot use artwork with existing copyright or trademark. Your designs must begin with a penned sketch, so you must be proficient in drawing. LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP We are looking to build a long-term relationship. To make sure that we have the proper fit, we will ask you to provide two designs, based on concepts we will provide. If the results (designs plus turnaround time) are satisfactory, we will initiate a period of half-time (20 hours-per-week) fixed-monthly-fee engagement. If things work out well, we will consider a full-time (40 hour-per-week) engagement. CHOOSE YOUR WORK SCHEDULE You may choose a work schedule that meets your needs, and with which you can stick. From there, we will figure out the product delivery and communication schedules. DIRECT COMMUNICATION & INSTRUCTIONS You will be in direct communication with the design conceptualizer. There is a General Design Instructions document covering all projects. Additionally, each concept will have its own rough artwork (for instruction purposes only) along with specific written instructions and helpful information. Our rough concepts shall never be used directly in final designs, as it may include artwork for which others hold the copyright. SHARED WORKSPACE Your design work will be shared among our team using Google Drive. If interested, please respond with the word “Luv2Draw”, and a link to your portfolio.

POD is one of the main areas of my experience with clients. Copyright, POD, google drive..... have done multiple jobs that match your description exactly. And I do all hand drawn work (pen tablet) As you may know, many here are simply graphic/ web that are more in the realm of stock/ clip art that may be good on a website- but don’t translate well into t-shirts. ORIGINAL artwork/ TYPOGRAPHY is also another point that is rare as many are NOT illustrators/ artists… web buttons & GUI are their realms... they don't even own a pen tablet! And of course, knowing what “PRINT READY” for a tee means.
