Looking for a website designer/ Developer to create a Real Estate website. Must be clean and presentable. The website will consist of about 10 to 15 pages. Most of them are very similar with minor changes. I have created drafts of how the pages will look like including content and page details. This is to promote real estate projects as they are launched so must have a CMS to input content, images and other information. The website will have menu tabs like: Projects, developments, developers, about us, about projects and contact us. - Responsive - Cross browser compatibility - SEO friendly to add titles, description and keywords - Enquiry and registration forms - Must be fully secured - Projects : This page will display a grid//list view with images and name of several projects (this projects and names will be input from CMS). When a project or image is selected, it will open Project detail page. - Project detail page This page will have details about this particular project (image slider, image thumbnail, floor plans, price table and text) This will also include a filter to select projects from a drop-down menu. The same for Development page and developer’s page. Plus about us page, registration form, about projects….. The website must also have a search box : this will search for projects and development within the website by auto-completing name on 3 letters. If you happen to be selected to communicate I’ll send you draft pages and content. Please look at the pages and content to better understand requirements to save time. Please do not throw a bit before understanding our requirements.
