We require a very simple website to be built! Experience with web applications, PHP, HTML is a must. We need to check the stock of items from a website which we do not have any api or db access to. We require the website to do the following: - Track the inventory of a popular online retail store - Allow the user to input the links of the items they wish to track - Show which items have gone out of stock in the last 24 hours in a report - Show which items have come in stock in the last 24 hours in a report - View the daily reports - Be able to produce a report manually The idea is to be able to glance quickly at which items have gone out of stock, are in stock, or low in stock so we may update our inventory. Sometimes there are projects that make me actually say "this is a nice little project, I want to do this one," because it would be fun. This is definitely one of those so I hope you go ahead with the project - even if you pick someone else! Right, the job. If I understand correctly, this is to have the ability to track the stock status of products on one website in particular, where each product page displays either stock quantity or at least stock status, is that right? This will presumably be a very basic looking design on a website that will have: - log-in / log-out, hard-coded password - ability to add/remove links to product pages - automatic hourly/daily checking of stock levels on all products, ability to manually run this process - database to store all required data to make this work - on-page report that shows: all items || items in stock || items out of stock || items that were out of stock 24 hours ago but aren't anymore and vice versa I would be very happy to do that for the bid amount within seven days. I am asking for seven days purely because I am not sure when you will award this and want to make sure I have time to deliver it. I would think I can return it within 48 hours but want that buffer to be sure. There is more about me on my profile. i hope to hear from you!
