Just a couple of points, first, as all the pages will be interlinked, I would put a drop down menu at the top of every page with links to each of the other pages, characterised as you said. Also instead of having a separate 'contact us' page, we could put a 'contact us' form on every page either underneath the article or as a side bar. If you like we could include both your sites in one site (this would probably be better from an SEO point of view and would save you paying double hosting costs). Either way, we will discuss the project in full and I will design your sites exactly as you wish. That said, considering the scope and depth of your project it would take some time to compile and we estimate delivery of the final product 3 to 4 weeks after selection. In regards to SEO, while the design of the site would assist to some degree, the truth is optimization comes down to the development of consistent quality content and authority backlinks. The cost would depend on the length of the content, type (audio, video, or writing), and quantity. For pay-per-click (PPC) on search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc) the same is essentially true.
