add a widget to existing page

We have ongoing need of converting PSD to high quality cross browser / devices html, css, js on new and existing pages generated html output must be mobile friendly, and must work on all screen sizes to start with we need attached widget converted from psd to html / css / js and ready to be drop in to existing page we will need full client side working solution with functional JS and CSS with client side form validation and other client JS. supported browser are IE8+, safari, firefox, chrome, mobiles iOS, android browsers we will need ongoing relation to implement many pages weekly work with same developer to ensure all the styles and javascript are reused.
