Warehouse management in html with macro

I need a full WMS or warehouse management system written by HTML and database can be text file. the WMS should be able o import and export any activity (adding Item or remove item, or update all database ) trough inbox and outbox share folder. main database should have column below: S Article number L Lift number F Compartment number T Shelf number B Inventory at storage location I FIFO identifier G Container size x R Minimum inventory x O Compartment depth number x H01 Borrower H02 Tool class H09 Lending status H10 Lending date H11 Lending time H12 Available inventory H13 Reserved quantity H14 Reserver User should be able to record Item information even if it is not in stock as zero quantity. user should able to add 30 more column as custom field into database H15 to H45 user should be able to delete or edit the records. user should be able to add one picture for each item in the WMS. user should able to create a picking list with priority number to pick for each picking list. priority start from 0 to 200 , 100 is normal priority less than 100 is lower and over 100 is higher priority to pick. there is a primary key item number and secondary key batch number. they can be mixture of numbers and letters. when the minimum stock is higher than actual quantity user should be able to create a report. Opration can be "-" for picking and "+" to add to the WMS. when the job finish a text file will appear inbox folder as [login to view URL] it has contain the job number had been progressed so WMS will reduce the quantity of items or add additional of the item to main database. also another file will appear in inbox called [login to view URL] opjournal file contains also some picking or putting which may be it is not in the job list and WMS should change the quantity of item in main database.
