Currently using Gravity Forms to collect data from prospects. I have a widget that will automatically input the prospect's information into our CRM system. The form works well but is looks terrible. Need someone with CSS exp that can take this script and make it look like the current one. Attached are images of the Current Input for the form on our website. The New Script is what the widget looks like. I would like the widget to look like the Current Input.
