Total 11 documents attached start with 01 Instructions doc. I need a PROFESSIONAL developer/programmer to fix number of small issues in my website. Attached is the INSTRUCTIONS document that explains all the work related to other 10 visual attached pdf files: A to J. website: [login to view URL] Payment Terms: A. 1st Milestone $10 to start B. 2nd Milestone - After Completion 100% of work on your server. 50% milestone will be funded and paid once all items are completed and reviewed front-end & back-end. C. 3rd Milestone - Payment after you migrate into my server and all is reviewed front-end & back-end, I pay remainder 50%.

Hey, I have gone through the instructions pdf, the corresponding pdfs too and the website. I can tackle the changes without any problem and in a timely and professional manner. I estimate 24-48 hrs to make the changes, only styling the map will take a bit of time. Since I will be first setting up the site on my server, will you provide the site files + database?
