I am looking for a TALENTED UNIVERSITY STUDENT. I require some pure Javascript ES5 code. No jQuery. The code must be responsive to changes in window size. I AM LOOKING FOR ONLY A PROTOTYPE. I have attached the project description and my failed attempt to do it. The code will be published on github and open-sourced. The copyright will belong to me but let me know if you want acknowledgement.
