we are a historic preservation firm and we are using ipads in the field. We need to have data entry forms for data entry using an ipad that will allow the user to select the item from a drop down list and provide additional options based on previously completed fields. Once collected the data needs to be exportable into a csv format so that we can accumulate this data into a database for reporting. Our internal systems are based on a combination of SQL and MS Access.
