Illustrator/Cartoonist - characters drawings for existing educational series

Looking for illustrator/cartoonist to create new digital artwork of our characters based on existing style and samples. Artist(s) who best capture the look and feel of our characters will be offered more extensive contract work. To be considered for future work please demonstrate you ability by creating images of 3 of our characters (see attached graphics) in poses different than those provided in the sample images. Accepted bidders MUST be willing to sign an agreement stating that Artwork is being developed by Artist for the sole and exclusive use of our company that shall be deemed to be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest therein, including all copyright and proprietary rights relating thereto. All work performed by Artist on Projects and all Artwork generated in connection therewith is and shall be considered as "Works Made for Hire" (as defined under the U.S. Copyright Laws) and, as such, shall be owned by and for the benefit of our company.
