Need help getting customers to website to buy product

I have developed a website [login to view URL] and an interactive multimedia product for your children that addresses the topic of bullying. The interactive product is accessed online via a username and password (subscription) and paid for via Paypal (currently $12 AUS). The product is fully supported with free material - a user guide containing learning outcomes, role-plays, discussion questions etc. Colouring in pages, activity cards, free-eBook Multimedia for children, and free tips for parents. Now that I have everything up and running, I have realised that I dont have what it takes to get traffic to my site or to get customers to buy the interactive product. I really want this business to be a success but have only sold 60 subscriptions in 18 months and most of those were a result of direct marketing - not online marketing. I have tried using Adwords but failed at it because of my lack of experience. I need someone to help me out.
