My family and I are moving, and our options are open. We could go anywhere in the USA, or the world. I would like a list of towns and cities around the world, potential candidates for where to move. Here are the essential criteria for the towns: LGBT friendly, Waldorf School nearby, English-speaker friendly, high teacher salary/teaching is a well respected profession (my girlfriend teaches 4th grade), reasonable cost of living, has teachers or schools in one or more of the following types of martial arts: Xingyiquan, Tai Chi Chuan [Chen style or Cheng Man-ch'ing style], Baguazhang, Wing Chun, Fugakukai Aikido, Kajukenbo. Bonus points for all these factors: 1) Fairly liberal politics 2) There is a nearby Gurdwara (Sikh Temple) 3) Are not just bedroom communities or suburbs, but have their own economic / local “heart.” (We like to walk/bike around downtowns, not just drive everywhere.) 4) Have strong DIY or local movements around agriculture / food / drink / farm to table. (We like to eat and drink well, eat organic food, etc.) 5) Have cool natural features close by, and ideally a significant part of their local economy is outdoor recreation. (We like to surf / paddle / hike / chill in the woods.) 6) Have cultural diversity to the point where even if the town is small it still has a “global citizenry” feel.

I will provide you with a comparison table with a list of cities and towns to move in with the needed info PLUS the pros and cons of each single town/city. After all, it's the whole family moving so the place must be safe, with low crime, also compare taxes fees, rent fees.
