Research Restaurants Online (and make brief phone calls)

Your job will be to review the order and purchase experience from identified quick service restaurants (QSR) across the United States. There are two components to this task: 1) Online Research (majority of work): You will review the desktop website, mobile website and mobile app of the identified QSR for certain criteria relating to the order experience 2) Phone Call Research: You will make a brief call (five minutes or less) to the QSR and ask questions about the purchase and order experience An example of the types of things you would research and call about would be whether a consumer could order at a kiosk in the store, if there were a separate pickup line, whether there is curbside pickup...etc. We will provide a spreadsheet with each of the elements and a guide to help. We believe that candidates should be able to complete at least 1 QSR survey per hour, and estimate paying about $20/hour. This will be an ongoing project every 2-3 months - for those candidates that perform well, we would expect to continue the relationship.
