Ipad app with www site.

Need Ipad app and webpage. The website. Should look similar to the app running on ipad. Function as the ipad. admin page for making new customers with their discount rates in it. Making it possible for me to ad new users with different prices. All prices will be a % set by me. Login safety must be reasonable high. Ipad application needs to show customer prices after he chooses Country / weight / package size. And other add on extras on our freight prices. General. i have a spreadsheet that contains a page with countries each country has 5 different import and export selections after speed and quality needed by customer. The 10 different nr has to be crossed checked with different pages (in same spreadsheet) and return the values found there depending on weight also. The returned price has to be the listing price deducted the rebate I have given to the customer I the online www admin module. Once the result shows I want buttons that will add extra if pressed. these values has to be set from admin module and can change over time. But they are the same for all customers. Language needs to be in Danish but I will provide all text in word format to use. English is ok for production we can then change language when finished. You can use the data in any way you want but I only have it in a excel file meaning you will have to get it out if you want to use in a database ect. I will give detailed information / pictures on design for the software layout. Nothing fancy just a easy to use app is what I am looking to produce.
