Hello, We understood the concept of the website. Its a step-by-step process. When the engineer verifies the form, will he submit or send the form to verification person? I mean, how the form will get reflected to verification person's folder? The end-user i.e. the customers will be able to download the verified form however how will you differentiate a normal form and a verified form? We're interested in this project and to begin with we'd like to share our initial understanding - Basically, its a reporting and verification website. With 4 different types of users. There will be a mail box for each user. Technician will fill and submit a form to be verified by an Engineer which is then forwarded to a verifier. Finally a verification / rejection result email is send to stakeholders. We suggest to use ASP.Net MVC along with knockoutjs. We can workout an SPA mail box environment so the user doesn't have to go thru a lot of back-n-forth. Some Queries : 1. Will the technician's form stored as pdf or do you just want the pdf attachment for the further verifiers? 2. How does the Engineer know which Technician's form to look - is it specific or general? 3. We believe each user will see his mailbox by default and there's rarely a need for some other page/redirect.
