My project is consisting of two parts: 1) The first is an app under Android to load a video file stored in a directory in the smartphone from a list and play it after a call in a wifi network by a local server windows PC 2) The second is a Windows software to call client in the local wifi network after a delay time (10-3000 ms) from an USB message (virtual serial port). The software allows to select number of clients to call and divide in two groups. Each group has a sequential number of clients from the first to the last.
