Develop an application to copy tipster bets to our customers. An interface is required for the tipster (me) to send bets / tips. Provide a means for the customer to give their credentials or otherwise for bets/tips to be copied to their account at the site. Preferably developed in Java and PostgeSQL and be hosted on Heroku (or indicate similar service).
