Minecraft Mod and Support: Fire fighting mod (fire hazzard block and fire extinguisher, Minecraft and Forge 1.12.2

Deliverable (1/2): Working Mod for Minecraft 1.12.2, Forge: 1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.5.2768; Compiled mod and source code. Deliverable (2/2): Total of 90 min support via chat, possibly Skype, 2 Sessions, 45 min each. Description: Deliverable 1: The minecraft mod must have the following functionalities: 1) A “random ignition block”: The random ignition block may be placed on the map, for example burried under other blocks so it cannot be seen. It may also be placed as the top most block. For 10 blocks radius around it there is a 1:30 chance every second to create a fire on a surface block (i.e. the topmost block on the map that is not air). If the topmost block is e.g. wood a fire is started. Multiple random ignition blocks may be placed at once. If more blocks are placed close to each other the chance for a fire is increased. Appearance: The block has a fire hazzard symbol on all 6 sides. 2) A fire extinguisher/water hose The fire extinguisher can shoot a given range to extinguish the fire. It may be based on splash and/or lingering water bottles (see “Extinguishing” in [login to view URL]). However, it must be more powerful, having 4 times the effect compared to a splash water bottle. It must have the look of water and/or foam. See for example water gun in the “Elemental Guns” mod. The fire extinguisher/water hose must work to extinguish all fires, no matter if they are created by the “random ignition block” or by minecraft or by the player. Delivery: compiled .jar file for mod folder and source code. Deliverable 2: Support (via chat) to compile the mod and modify parameters of the mod. I have programming skills in Python, Visual Basic, Matlab and Mathematica, but not Java. I do not have Minecraft modding experience. I need some support to understand what is going on and get this compiled. I estimate a total of 90 min, 2 sessions, 45 mins each.
