I need a website built that; a) Provides para/legal services. b) Should be able to take and/or handle email/other enquiries, and also allow men to receive assistance via chat services one they are authorized and verified. c) Allows users to select various forms (packaged as plans or offers) of offered services. d) Possibly manage transactions? e) Manage chat services. f) Make chat service and/or other appointments. g) Possibly host a forum that can easily be taken offline when required. h) Is designed/coded by someone that will work with me to achieve BOTH, my desired requirement and expectations in a manner that reflects THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE AND MODULAR approach possible and understands that, whilst the scope may change, the selected Freelancer may also be provided with the opportunity to input into it. i) The skills are as follows; basic web development - I am undecided upon the language as of yet and will expect the person whom takes on the job to convince me of the best approach/language. Obviously it will be in either Java, HTML, possibly Python. j) Contact me if you're interested, genuine, and game; I am an engineer with 40 years experience and only want to talk to people/developers that are easy to get along with, reliable, and can do/understand the work.
