As far as i can understand, you want to search 3 websites and then run a formula on those 3 website's result and then generate a form and email to user. This can be done automatically. Hi, I like what your trying to do. What you need is indeed feasible but takes time. I looked on the websites in your description and none offer an API access which means you need a scraper to do the first part of your job. I'm very comfortable with that knowledge, I created and used so many that I need a dedicated server to run them all. Secondly, you say that you need to apply a filter, this step could be done inside the scraper as it goes or after depending if you want to keep all the data in a separated place. Third and finally, the email creation. We'll make a template, populate the form and the sending could be done by a script using SMTP or an outlook macro. I have to admit I'd be excited to work on your project.
