Angular 5 save/update/delete form + save image (including paste) using ng-bootsrap modal popup, node.js, express.js, mysql

Angular 5 project I have built the front end template which includes a modal popup form entry (from the ng-bootsrap library). I need somebody to achieve the following: 1) save the entered form information to my mysql databse via node.js/express.js 2) enable a button so that it allows to update or delete a current entry from list 3) The ability to add images to the note via i) upload button ii) paste image into form. (I believe these should be saved in a seperate file and then the path stored in the mysql databse with the note info. However I can be guided on the best approach. ) This will be done via [login to view URL] / node.js into a mysql database. Potential for further ongoing work if we can establish an efficient working relationship.

as you have the design ready in angular we can use express or hapi to create APIs for uploading, adding, updating or may be deleting elements from the databases for uploading the images we can use server's disk and save the path or we can use aws s3 for saving the files and save the public url in the database we will use orm for saving entries in database
