Current API should be replaced with a new one, In the current systems, we have the billing systems managing the tickets. So CMS portal is the consumer of the APIs. In the new system, the tickets will be managed by CMS system. So the APIs will have to be newly created by Java programmer. These APIs will be consumed by FMS system
