Hi Developers, I am very new to this platform but not this industry and I am eagerly looking for freelance experienced developer who can help me develop an Electronic Signature platform. Key Features : HIPAA COMPLIANT USE of END to END encryption methods or AES 256 Need to use Face Detection and Image Detection Process complete any signing process. Need Responsive UI I already have the prototype and the designs and just need a great team of developer who could execute this task successfully. I will share more info once I hear from you. I am mostly looking to develop on agile platforms like Laravel, python, angular or Node. Please bid with your suggestions and your past experience which can assure me that you can take this job. I will also look to meet the developer in person as this project will be a long term affair. I will also have multiple projects for you once I will find you nice and worthy for this project.
