Our web hosting was recently upgraded from PHP 5.3 to 7.2. Our Joomla website is currently not compatible with 7.2 and requires updating. I will provide access via FTP to our hosting, database etc. so that you can update Joomla and restore our website. Looking at the files in the directories there is a backup made by Akeeba but we have been unable to restore it using Akeeba or KickStart. It should be an easy task for someone familiar with Joomla.
