Need internet explorer fix for a joomla template

Bid with quickest turnaround and quick bid will be choose. The site is currently at [login to view URL] if viewed in firefox the site looks good. but as soon as it is viewed in IE7 the site gets all messed up. Home Page: the newsletter signup needs to be moved down and the header needs to show. Model Rooms: the accordian needs to be in between the left and right sidebars Blog, News and Events: the side bar is supposed to be on the left not the right. Request Brochure: The header needs to be dropped down so that the flash part of the header is seen. All pages the header needs to show up. I know that this has something to do with the css involved just need IE fixes for it
