My client requires email addresses related to the health, nutrition and wellness niche in two European countries. (See the attached PDF for specifics). I don't care if you're going to scrape them, mine them, or already have a database. Please research the target market and in your bid describe to me how you will accumulate the lists, or if you already have them, and how many you think there will be. If you do not provide this information I will NOT consider your bid. Bids which provide a sample will be strongly preferred.
