I am bidding for a month-long project as I do not know the full scope. However, I have deep experience with a number of databases (including GIS data) and am as happy to develop on *NIX or Windows. Relevant Skills and Experience I have over 25 years experience of back->middle stack database and API design, development & tuning as a freelancer worldwide. I have been working with GIS data specifically since 2010. Proposed Milestones ₹10000 INR - Document requirements. Determine platform (DB/OS). On-site or cloud etc. ₹10000 INR - First prototype developed. Deploy on VM. Connect to existing system(s). ₹10000 INR - Final development effort. Deploy on-site or to cloud. ₹8888 INR - Full sign-off. All documentation and technical handover complete.
