I have extended a virtual machine in proxmox from 50G to 100G but centos still thinks its 50G i need this extending. Access is via console via proxmox interface.

What's the output of fdisk -l command on centos 7, is it showing 50G D or 100G drive. Did you had installed Centos with lvm partitions or standard ext3/ext4 partitions
