Hello there. Your problem is a very common one, judging by the information I have. I've been working for more than 10 years with DNS, (Microsoft, Linux) and more that 10 years with active directory controllers. I think i can do the trick pretty fast. I have had this issue in my environment which I tracked down and resolved. It is very critical to the entire infrastructure to get the issue resolved otherwise AD replication and GPO replication will stop/RSOP will not get applied to your connected computers.
