We have just purchased a boat which is going to be called "Pi Jiu Express" and looking for a logo we can add to the boats hull, Crew shirts etc. We are a Australian sail making company running in Qingdao China "Pi Jiu" is beer in Chinese. So a bit of a local fun twist to the name. My business partner and own the boat together and is our personal project. Our thought was a cartoon drawing of a boat going fast, good bow waves etc. With the hull being a beer bottle on its side, Basic mast and sails looking full and 2 old men (implying my business partner and I) sailing the boat. Another thought have the bottle neck facing the back with the top popping off and the beer foaming out bit like a afterburner :-) Happy to look at other suggestions. These were just our ideas for now. We also have the option to print the logo on the sails which would be cool. I think something fairly clean and simple. A bit like the attached pic but with the beer bottle hull. Qingdao is the local beer so maybe a logo that is similar to that would be good. Our company is Doyle so maybe a small Doyle logo on the sail as well as per the attached. Looking for some basic ideas with hourly rate for any changes we would want to make. Hope that makes sense. I look forward to the replies.
