Design a Logo

I would like to have a couple of logo's designed (or enhanced I should say). I already have starting points that I need to be developed based on the branding or subject matter of my youtube channel. I need only experienced and highly professional designers to apply. There are two separate logos attached. One is for my name (Jesse Payne) and the other is for a website and project I am developing entitled Mashallahland. It is hard to explain what that is to a non-arabic speaker. Mashallah (Arabic: مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ‎, mā shāʾ -llāhu), also spelled mashaAllah or ma sha Allah, is an Arabic phrase that means "God has willed it" and is used to express appreciation, joy, praise, or thankfulness for an event or person that was just mentioned. So, in this culture if you tell a child they are beautiful, you must follow up with Mashallah. It is like it is protecting the compliment from god taking it away. As a sort of appreciation. It is difficult to explain. If you tell someone you love their car you also should say mashallah afterwards. In the early days of my limited knowledge of Arabic, I used to tell the students that if they did well on my drawings, I would say Mashallah at the end when they turn it in. Eventually, this morphed into something I call Mashallah Land. This is a place where all things amazing go and live. It is a place that exists in the clouds. In Heaven. I know... weird! I even hand out Mashallahland stickers to my students who do well in my class. When they do really well they get a Mashallah Lander sticker. Meaning that they are now a permanent resident of Mashallah Land. OMG, this sounds crazy when I write it down. I had some ideas for the mashallah land logo that I can share with the winning designer. The JP logo is for my Art StudioYoutube channel where I will provide virtual drawing tutorials. You will see the version with the two aqua dots between the J&P was a mock-up I made inspired from the other screenshots of a JP logo I found online. I was thinking to put Art Studio or my full name under it...not sure. I would like to select a designer that can understand my needs and be able to work with me to create something that I am happy with. Also, I would like to have these logos animated eventually so having that skill or being able to send me in the right direction to another designer is a plus.
