We're in need of a talented individual to work along side our company to create/refind our backend process flow for our company. Our company offers Web Design/SEO/Marketing/Social Media and we're growing rapidly. In order for our business to be successful, we have to have great backend processes from start (the order) to delivery. This includes Internal Team Leadership and Reporting. Critical skills for the position include: - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Strong Management Skills - Project Management Skills - Detail Oriented With a Natural Tendency to be able to Deliver On-Time Deadlines - Ability to Manage Up and Down Successfully - Positive, Can Do Attitude. We would like the following, but is optional: PMI Certified PMP Certfied In place of a PMI or PMP Certification, if you have a lot of project management experience at higher level companies, this can be substituted. ***PLEASE NOTE: This is for developmental processes ONLY.***
