Create a paid media strategy for Furniture Village for the UK. Your strategy should look at the next 6 months. [login to view URL] Please make sure your strategy includes the below: 1. A six month forecast using the below assumptions: a. CVR of 0.02% for generics, 0.15% for Shopping and 0.5% for brand b. Average CPC of £0.30 for brand, £1.54 for Shopping and £0.85 for generics c. AOV of £833 Please provide rationale around how you got to the forecast figures 2. SWOT analysis, assessing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to Furniture Village and the proposed campaign strategy 3. Please also include what you would consider if asked for an export/international strategy for this client. A full roll out plan is not necessary, but please discuss what information would you need, and what points would you consider.

Hi, i am surprised you arr asking for SWOT analysis from a totally unknown guys who's gonna help you with your digital strategy. SWOT one can do only after learning about your products, business, and competitive environment and your value proposition, or only internal team should be expected to SWOT. anyways, what we do is storified digital marketing campaigns where we first design a core marketing or branding story, and use it as a base of rest of the marketing content for communication through various channels. why? because it streamlines what brand is saying throughout various touch points. and yes we build a campaign for scale up if that's yoir priority, but truly i have very amateur information to advise anything strategically relevant as of now. so pl share further details so that i can advise something relevant. will wait for details.
