I would like to have a Market research conducted. I am looking to have someone look into the IT (Information and Technology) market and look at Help Desk vendors and prices as well as IT services that are provided and what companies price them at. I would also like to see which services are the most popular and provided on the different IT service websites. Breakdown: - Market research regarding IT services and where most people get help with their computer needs - List of top companies/vendors that make up a bulk of that market share in that space - List of services that are most frequently provided as a service to customers - Price list for Help Desk services on average, along with other IT services provided.
