The outline of the following part is to be profile milled using a 10 mm diameter end mill with two teeth. The part is 15 mm thick. Cutting speed = 100 m/min and feed = 0.06 mm/tooth. Use the lower left corner of the part (P0) as the origin in the x-y axis system. Two of the holes in the part have already been drilled and will be used for clamping the part during profile milling following path P0➔P1➔P2➔P3➔P4➔P5➔P0. Complete the code below based on given description. Use absolute positioning. Do NOT use cutter compensation code G42/G41. Diagram attached. Deadline 1 day. Thanks

Hello ,I have 4 years of expirience in cnc programming of 3 and 4/5 axis milling machines and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering. I will first make a 3d model of your part and then open it in my CAD/CAM software Esprit and programm everything you have mentined. Even if i Can write the program by hand because it is not a complex one . So i can make the cnc program for your part with all tools that are needed and even a full simulation of how it is going to be machined and a preiview of how your machined part is going to look like,of course if you want.
