You need a proper setup of email server with all the required security standards like DMARC, SPF, DKIM and especially SSL/TLS which is causing the main issue.

The issue your referring may raise when you are using shared IP address (shared hosting) and someone there has been blacklist. I've handled this issue when helping out friends/clients that has made their own web via wordpress, wix, etc and does only basic domain setup. If you do have your own IP / SMTP server, then it falls down into configuration, either SMTP (mail) server, DNS. It might even comes down to the header in your email. There are many probabilities and solution, but none should take but a few hours to track & fix. Chat if you are interested, thank you!
