I'd like a simple iPhone and iPad wallpaper application built. I want this app to be very simple yet stylish. This app will allow users to create custom wallpapers for the device by allowing them to add color to a template, which I have created myself. The templates I have created will be in grey scale, all I want the app to do is add an overlay of the color the user chooses to the image with about a 25% to 55% opacity which will be customizable by the users. This will allow the template to combine with the color the user choose to enable them to customize their wallpaper anyway they'd like. I have all the templates made up for the different device resolutions, so all you have to worry about is the functionality and app design. I have attached 2 images to show you the goal of the app in action. One image will be the template and the other will be the color added to the template to make the wallpaper. I have attached a 3rd image as a reference for how I want the user interface to be designed. I look forward to doing business together, Chris
