ADS and IAP does not work at IOS (unity 3d project)

HURRY, IT IS IMPORTANT! Hello, I am trying to submit my game to App Store and I keep getting the same errors. So basically I need to fix them. The game was made in Unity 3d. In the game I have ads and IAP. Everything works fine at Android but at IOS ads will never launch and the IAP buttons will not do any action at all. Also the game is a bit slowed down at IOS platform. I have already created all the IOS certificates, ids, product ids etc. I have all connected. But I am unable to run the app smoothly.. In unity it seems it is okay but then I open it at Xcode and it says a few issues (not errors). After I archive it and test it does not work. The developer that was making me a code scripts for the game said that it is not fault in the script but I think that it is something wrong with script. I need a developer that is master at Unity 3d and in Xcode.. Also that has experience with uploading or initizaling IAP/ ads at IOS platform... Please note that you will be payed after the submission will be approved by Apple. PS: The budget is up to 20-30€, depends on quality... PS: If you will be unable to to solve the issue you will not get any money...
