I need a hybrid App that has mainly 2 features: 1. The user can chat with our company executives 2. We should be able to send the users a daily feed containing images and videos This is not a onetime job. We would like to continue with your service for App maintenance on a long term basis, depending on the work done. We need someone who can develop the App by end of May or max June 1st week, including putting it on play store. We want to start in 2-3 days. We need a reasonable quote, not high.
