Calculation App

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. This app is going to allow 3 sets of data entry as follows; • Set 1 (General) - The user will enter 8 data points that will be saved for future sessions, and can be updated whenever the user likes to update them (before starting a new session/ during the current session) • Set 2 (Specific) - Consists of 10 sets of data that would be updated after each session. Of which 9 sets of data should be input by taking a picture (then read the 9 sets of that picture), or can be entered manually if the user likes. The 10th data point will be entered manually. • Set 3 (Custom) - Here the user will try to optimize his input to maximize the value of a formula that uses all 3 sets of data. The user should be allowed to enter Set 3 numbers in 3 customizations (Option 1/2/3), the app should update the result real time to help the user see the outcome immediately as he updates the numbers. Some conditional formatting should be use to highlight the maximum output of the 3 options tested by the user, and should alert error input. All calculations/ formulas are going to be provided by me in an Excel format, the freelancer is required to design the app thats going to run this in iOS instead of Excel Sheet. The App must meet Apple requirements to be added to the Apple Store prior to paying the freelancer. The art and design is also part of the deliverable to this project. Thank You
