Construction Recruitment App

We have designed the structure of a recruitment mobile app and have already created a few intents in C# and we would like an IT professional to work seriously on it. The application itself can be coded in any programming language you find more suitable (potentially in C#) and will used a certain database (e.g: SQL Lite) to store / retrieve all available data, and ideally we would like the app to work smoothly on both iOs and Android. In case you come up with some original elements which can be added upon the existing project, this will be appreciated, but not required since have we designed the biggest part of the app (around 90%). Besides this, we have worked on the design side as well. Please note that it is not a game, and it does not required creating or playing around with different 3D shapes. Moreover, it does not include creating a payment system, it mainly revolves around implementing quite several forms. Ideally, we would like to try to make the application to run as smooth as possible with minimum requirement and maximum compatibility across platforms. Generally, we consider that the complexity of creating such a project to be low / medium, since the most “advanced” functions that need to be implemented are: computing the distance between two points on a map, creating and using a database and generating and saving some files on a host. Parts we need to have  Login page  Registration pages (2 types of users)  Profile pages (2 types of users)  Location on the map pages for each user type (location is static / not changing continuously over time)  Notification pages and quite several sub-pages  Description of previous projects related to each user type and several sub-pages related to these respective projects Overall there are around 30 different pages that have to be coded, though the number might increase to 40 / 50 in the worst case scenario, but the majority of the pages involve forms. Login/registration page separating employer and employee. Registration page would include Name, Location, Calendar of Availability and Attachments, We have attached a small snap of a page.
